I stayed here pre-Gordon Campbell Gray?s refurbishment and even then it was idyllic.Theexpansive. almost emptybeach. from where you can see Montserrat?s volcanosmouldering in the distance. is perfect for doing verylittle. Carlisle Bay?s tranquillity is a long way fromthe ?package tour? feel enveloping too much of the Caribbean..
