The restaurant, La Bruyère Blanche, has made its home in what used to be a barn. The luxury hotel has transformed it into a cosy setting, perfect for enjoying a local dinning experience. Dishes served here are seasonal to ensure that the freshest ingredients are used. The luxury hotel even has its very own fruit and vegetable garden to enhance the flavour of each meal.
