Fashion parades and high teas take place here, and the Restaurant Manager, Raphael Courant, welcomes guests daily to this gourmet two-Michelin-star restaurant. The Winter Restaurant is open from October to April and is decorated in a Regency style with heavy drapes and oak woodwork. In May, guests are accommodated in the light, bright Summer restaurant with its courtyard garden of wisteria and magnolia.
