Maison Troisgros was the birthplace of French "Nouvelle Cuisine"; the boutique hotel’s restaurant was awarded its three Michelin stars in 1968. Michel Troisgros' cuisine is resolutely contemporary, sparkling with flavour and surprising juxtapositions. Visit also Le Central, a restaurant-delicatessen next door.

The facilities

Besides the amazing food, the boutique hotel has a lot to offer their guests. Tying into the food theme, there is a cooking class offered for 10 to 14 people. The class takes place within the kitchen and is suitable for those with years experience or no experience.
