The sumptuous five star luxury hotel Aghadoe Heights is a firm favourite amongst Ireland's rich and famous. It's at the top of its game, and is undoubtably one of Ireland's top luxury hotels. Overlooking the lakes of Killarney, each guest room offers beautiful views across the rolling Kerry countryside, the manicured gardens or the lakes and mountains themselves.
The facilities
The spa at Aghadoe Heights is a centrepiece for relaxation and rejuvination. It's a unique spa experience, addressing both the physical requirements through specialist treatments as well as providing a soothing mental experience with its warm, peaceful environment.
Other health facilities in this luxury hotel include the indoor heated pool with waterfall and adjacent jacuzzi. Guests can also make full use of the fully equipped fitness centre, with state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines and free weights. There are private tennis courts, and plenty of opportunity for long walks in the National Park.
The restaurant, headed by Executive Chef Robon Suter, serves up modern Irish cuisine in the classic surrounds of the Lake Room. Traditional afternoon tea is served daily in the Heights Lounge, which has been a feature in this luxury hotel for over a quarter of a century.
