Access to the property is by security gates and there is parking for up to 8 cars. To one side of the house is a swimming pool (14 x 7m), while to the rear the original horse paddocks have been maintained (without the horses) to preserve the typical atmosphere of the “Maremma Toscana”. There are sitting areas in the garden, shaded by huge umbrella pine trees, and other sun terraces. The accommodation is on three floors. At entrance level, the hall leads through to a spacious, furnished terrace with outdoor dining area. A study area in the hall is equipped with desk, phone, fax, printer, photocopy machine, and ISDN and ADSL services. All the bedrooms have satellite TV, mini-car, safe, telephone with ADSL attachment and air conditioning. All the beds can be made up as twin or double beds, and the baths in all the bathrooms have wall shower attachments. Air conditioning is included in the rental price, but central heating and firewood are payable extra.
