The Regina Baglioni is a neoclassical luxury hotel, located on Via Veneto, minutes from a plethora of cafes and the famous Villa Borghese. The grandeur of the luxury hotel begins in the lobby itself, which is replete with garish chandeliers, grand staircases, scarlet carpeting and massive statuary.
The facilities
The luxury hotel’s Caffè Baglioni, located in the lobby, serves drinks and light snacks throughout the day and evening. The stylish Brunello restaurant has an intimate ambience and a menu which features Mediterranean dishes and local produce. In the Brunello lounge, guests can enjoy a variety of cocktails with international celebs.
The rooms
The guest rooms continue the palatial theme in their appointments, with oriental carpets, luxury brocades, wall silks, Murano glass lamps, and period antiques. The luxury hotel has 136 rooms, categorised as classic double, deluxe junior and suites. The seventh-floor suites enjoy superb views of Rome. All feature a comfortable sitting area, tea table, private bathroom, LCD TV, direct dial telephone, mini bar and wireless internet access. Some of the rooms overlook Via Veneto and many rooms are also specially equipped for disabled guests.
