"We had a great holiday and happy to confirm that
the hotel is excellent.All of the hotel employees are very friendly andnothing too much trouble. The room was at the rear of the hotel overlookingthe courtyard - although at the top of the hotel there is no view to talk about however it does mean that the room is very very quiet. With the front of the hotel overlooking apedestrianised street then this most be one of it's key advantages in a very noisy city. The room was a good 3star. indeed puts some 4 stars to shame althoughobviously it has no facilities beyond a breakfast room within the hotel. The hotel is also only minutes form the Vaticanand means that on our final morning we were able to leave the hotel at 8:30. get into StPeter's. go up to the top of the cupola and descend tocollect our taxi at 9:30 for the airport !".

"There are any number of good local restaurants
in the streets around the hotel and a number of nights we ate within a few hundred yards.We would definitely stay at the Sant' Annaagain. and recommend it to any othervisitors.""".

A HUGE thank you for all your help in booking
this trip and recommendation of the Sant'Anna in Rome.The hotel was a gem in so many ways and made forsuch a great stay in Rome. I have stayed in Rome several times before butwould definitely return to the Sant'Anna..

The Hotel Sant?Ana exceeded our expectations and
for us it was in the perfect location being so close to St Peter?s.The fact that the weather was fantastic for ourentire stay did help!!
The rooms were clean. tidy andspacious. The bathrooms were wellappointed. Greatbreakfasts. Veryfriendly. helpful and knowledgeablestaff.
Two comments regarding matters whichwould have rounded off a great experience:
It would have been nice to have been able to get a hot drink in the evenings. Neither tea-making facilities in the room norwere the reception staff able to assist.
A restaurant within the hotel offeringan evening meal. Having said this there are plenty of good familyrestaurants within easy walking distance along Borgo Pio and two ice cream shops for pudding!!.

The food was really good and very
reasonable.The hotel is at a charming location withattractive views etc. The decor in the bedroom is old and tired anddoes not complement the food/location. Room rates arereasonable!.
