Relais Villa Matilde is located in a lush private park, with the luxury hotel’s domed lobby opening directly on to the greenery. Its interiors are furnished throughout with antiques, and feature original country house fireplaces. The facilities The boutique hotel’s old country house stables have been converted into a gourmet restaurant (Le Scuderie) with a traditional regional menu. Typical options include “fritto misto alla Piemontese”, fondue, truffle dishes and amaretto desserts; all accompanied by selected local wines such as Passito di Caluso. The boutique hotel also opens another restaurant by the pool during summer months.
