We are pleased to introduce Palazzo Leopoldo, still classified as an “Hospitale” from the 14th century providing food and accommodation during pilgrimmages and later, together with the development of the agriculture, transformed into a private important manor house from the 17th century. For its beauty and position in the Chianti region, in the centre of the medieval village of Radda, nobles, dukes and princess have been lodged in their rooms and suites; sculptured marble memories remind the stays of the Archduke Leopoldo II from Lorena in 1834 and the Prince of Italy in 1945. Nice rooms, elegant junior suites with original interiors and particularly spacious suites with old fireplaces and frescoes are now available and the old romantic and refined Tuscany charm surrounds the whole House, in harmony with the modern facilities such as Sat TV, hydro massage showers... A rich buffet breakfast with local products and homemade cakes is served in the unique frame of the original 1700 kitchen or on the terrace overlooking the hills and castles. A beauty centre in the property and the restaurant “ La Perla del Palazzo” proposing typical food are at disposal for our Guests, together with the new indoor heated pool.
