Sober decor, a pure space, a discreet environment. The spacious riad has a patio, a living room with a fireplace, TV and hi-fi, a dining room and a small pool. There is a nice terrace, with a Moroccan salon and solarium with an outside shower. For your stay in Marrakech, Riad 12 is ideal for the exclusive hiring for groups of 4 to 5 people.
There are two double rooms and one single room. Camelia is a double deluxe room with a large bed and a bathroom with a bath tub. Rania is a double deluxe room, with a bed and a bathroom with a shower. Ines is a single room, with a bathroom with a small bathtub.
The riad is located in the medina, close to Dar el Bacha, and about 10 minutes from Jamaa el Fna square.
