With a peaceful location 300 metres above Davos, this traditional hotel is reached by a short ride on the Schatzalp funicular in only three minutes from the main street and city center of Davos Platz. It’s fantastic location enjoys a glorious panoramic view across the valley to the Davoser mountains. This unique and very quietly located hotel is in Belle Epoque style, with 94 rooms and 170 beds. It offers the following facilities: piano bar (winter with pianist) and charming lounge with chimney, dining room, Snowbeach restaurant with his popular terrace for lunches, rustical Restaurant with regional specalities, Schatzalp funicular free of charge for hotel guests, hotel lift, 24-hour Reception Desk (winter), Business Center, wireless-LAN in the lobby and southfacing rooms, seminar and banquet rooms and facilities, small indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, breakfast buffet, five-course dinner as halfboard in the Belle Epoque dining room (winter), four-course dinner in the rustical restaurant (summer), winter and summer toboggan run (in winter lighted until 11pm), high alpin botanical garden “Alpinum”, winter and summer walking paths, mountain biking tracks. The bedrooms are traditional in style but have charm and are very comfortable. All south-facing rooms have a loggia’ (large balcony for sunbathing). Superior south-facing twin rooms are very spacious.
