Detailed Review
Adding to the allure of the stylish rooms, guests will be intrigued to learn that just as no two homes are exactly alike, no two rooms in the crescent are exactly the same size. However, each room features the same modern amenities to compliment your lounge and sleep time, including flat screen television with cable access, DVD and CD player, wireless Internet access, mini-bar with gourmet snacks, and a lockbox. Guests also have the option of king, queen and double beds, which are fitted with Italian linens, down comforters and pillows.
When guests wake up in the morning, they will comfortably feel as though they've slept in their own bed, while instinctively sensing that they are in Los Angeles. Whether you're in Beverly Hills for business or you're a leisure traveler looking for pure escapism, the crescent's guest rooms provide all the comforts of your own home within a very stylish setting.

"Non-smoking zen in a low-key, highly fashionable hotel"
The Crescent
By Ken Scrudato
The remake of a low-key, old Hollywood style boutique hotel, The Crescent is the new choice of media hipsters crashing in Beverly Hills. And it’s all very LA, it must be said. First, the hotel is totally non-smoking. Second, the vibe is overridingly Zen, something Hollywood types love to aspire to, especially after spitting another actor or two into the proverbial gutter. Still, what’s marvelous about The Crescent is that it manages to be cool without the slightest nod to the scenesterism so prevalent at other intentionally hip LA hotels.
The small lobby, lounge and restaurant are all an extension of one another, creating a great little social vibe; but, thankfully, the place is too low-key to reach a fever pitch. The rooms are starkly furnished, just some plant life, a small stool and low, immensely comfortable platform beds. The stone showers are a luxurious touch. Spring for a king room if you can, as the others are a bit on the small side. In the evening, the candlelit front patio is an elegant and truly relaxing place to have cocktails. Zen, indeed.
