The Fifth Floor Restaurant and lounge bar are popular places to chill out with specially mixed cocktails from the bar or a choice of 1500 wines from the sommelier’s choice wine list. Chef Jennie Lorenzo creates excellent dining menus, influenced by Gordon Ramsey who she worked under in London.
